Is there any options for vacation management (with more details like source and destination details and flight details) of an employee with exit re-entry date and so on. And also for the rejoining option, is there any hope in openERP V.7.0.

No there is nothing like these features in openerp. You need to customize it... Make another object for tickets detail and link it with leaves.
