I tried ec-line 80320 and it works fine after editing
~/openerp/addons/hw_escpos/escpos/supported_devices.py
Could you share what you changed in that file?

They tested with only one printer, but they said that the command to open the cash drawer is sent from the printer. Other than that worry you should be fine

@oerp, I'm also interested in this. From what I understand the following printers should work: Epson UB-40 based receipt printers, supported models are (but not limited to): Epson TM-U220 RJ-45 model Impact Receipt Printer Epson TM-T20 Thermal Receipt Printer Epson TM-T88V Thermal Receipt Printer although I have not done any actual testing on these myself I am planning to do so in the near future. I'll post back on this thread with what I find.
How did you find those models will work? I'm thinking of buying TM-T20, but not sure, did you test with this model?
