In ODOO website application, customer can view their loyalty points in the cart page. There is no default option available in odoo online to show customer's loyalty points in the account page of the customer. If you want then you can go with the third party solutions. But going to that requires your instance to be hosted in either odoo.sh or on-premises and doing so you have to buy a subscription.
