Sometimes components can't be find the warehouse, stock is adjusted down which releases landed cost but when the stock was found and adjusted up that didn't update landed cost which remains as released what skews the stock valuation. How to prevent releasing landed cost during inventory adjustments? I use enterprise v15

Not sure what is the issue. A landed cost registration is not involved with stock adjustment. But if you have FIFO or AVCO costing, product cost will be.
Let say with FIFO costing:
Oldest stock have unit cost of 10, and the next have 9. If you adjust out all the rest that have the value 10, your product cost of next to consume is 9. So when you adjust up again the valuation of the adjustment is 9 pr unit. Similar (but different calculation ) will be with AVCO costing.
The key to success is to have a warehouse operation where your stock is always at the correct location and found.
