issue with connecting linkedin to social marketing

Question

dear community,
im facing a problem to connect linkedin to marketing social module of odoo under odoo17 & 16 i dont know what is the problem. i keep receiving this error says: "Sorry, an error occurred.
In 5 seconds, you will be redirected to: iap-services.odoo" and it redirect to empty page with msg:
Error during authorization code exchange.
however i was able to connect Instagram, Facebook and youtube.
please not that im using Odoo on premise under ubuntu
any help or guide please

I've been told by the helpdesk that you have to have a LinkedIn business page to connect to the social marketing module in Odoo. You cannot connect with a personal profile. Why this is, I have no idea.
