I am trying to run the App Customer References. I installed it. I have created some customers in the CRM Module. I clicked on every customer on "Unpublish" to be "Published". Now all them are in green, marked "Published", but they do not appear in the website.
I have read that I have to activate them as Partners (Sales / Customer / Partner Assignation), but I can do it.
The fields "Level" and "Activation" are emty.
Can anyone help me?

To me it does not make sense that the developer mode must be activated in order to have the field "Implemented by" available under "Customer/Sales", see https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/18041
