By banner images I mean the images in the carousel block. 
I that I don 't see any "URL" or "link" option.

Yes, in Odoo eCommerce, it's absolutely possible to make the banner image clickable so that it redirects to a different page like /shop. Here's how to do it:

If you're using Odoo's website builder (drag-and-drop interface):

1. Go to Website → Edit on the page with your banner.
2. Click on the banner image block.
3. In the right-hand settings pane, look for an option like “Link” or “URL”.
4. Set the link to /shop.
5. Save the changes.

Now, clicking anywhere on the banner image will take the user to the /shop page.
