V17.4 online.

We are trying to implement "B2B (tax excluded) and B2C (tax included) pricing" for ecommerce as described in odoo docs. (finance->accounting and invoicing->taxes->B2B (tax excluded) and B2C (tax included) pricing)

We are in developer mode and have selected "tax excluded" in website settings.

under general settings->users & companies-> groups we are to open "technical/ tax display b2b" or  "technical/ tax display b2c" however neither of those 2 groups are showing. 

anyone any idea how to make these groups show?
