Odoo 11: Community Edition: No provision to close the Fiscal Year?

Question

In Odoo 11 Community Edition:
When I was checking for an option to manage the Year-End Closing of an Accounts, I was surprised to see, No such options were available to do, especially I could not even find the option '*Fiscal Year Last Day*' under Configurations.
Is this something am Missing?? Or does the Odoo Community Edition no longer provides this features??
