products with serial numbers are sold to customers. What we would like to achieve is having the ability to sell with a discount a returned product; the discount would be applied automatically if the product is used.

Currently, returned or used products are labelled with a "/U" at the end of the serial number and the discount applied maunally.

Any idea about how to achieve that ?
