I've activated MPS (Manufacturing \ Configuration \ Settings \ Master Product Schedule). The issues are:
1) The MPS settings are exactly the same for all users and the companies
2) The settings cannot be changed after one set them up, even user has the superuser access (not possible to change neither Time range nor Number of Columns).
