Nicholas has been with Odoo since 2014 and is currently overseeing Odoo's East Coast Operations. 

Odoo and Outlook have never been closer! In this presentation we will take a look at both the configuration and the functionality of the new Odoo/Outlook connector, and furthermore take a dive into the following workflows:

- Receive an email in Outlook and associate that email with an existing opportunity in Odoo (done in Outlook);

- Receive an email in Outlook, and from Outlook create a new opportunity in Odoo, create a new partner in Odoo, and associate that email with this newly created opportunity (all done from Outlook);

- Receive an email in outlook and look at reveal data associated with the company which sent you the email (in Outlook);

- Bidirectional calendar synchronization between Odoo and Outlook;

- How Odoo eliminates the need to switch between systems, as well as the burden of manual data entry.
