You can install module module "Switzerland - Payment Slip (BVR/ESR)"
This module which technical name is l10n_ch_payment_slip is part of the OCA localization branch l10n_switzerland:
You can found it through the apps.

Or download all l10n_switzerland OCA modules as a zip file at:
https://github.com/OCA/l10n-switzerland/tree/7.0
Or if you know about git, simply clone it:
git clone git@github.com:OCA/l10n-switzerland.git -b 7.0
Requirements
- You will need install wkhtmltopdf library on your server.
- l10n_ch_base_bank module (also in l10n-switzerland repository)
