Z manažerského pohledu pak díky Odoo máme pod kontrolou jak termíny na projektech, tak vytížení zdrojů a následně i ekonomiku projektů.Odoo jsme si vybrali zejména kvůli rychlosti a snadnosti nasazení. Základní funkcionalitu pro řízení obchodu jsme rozběhli v průběhu jednoho týdne, řízení projektů jsme spustili po prvním měsíci. Činnosti, které jsme před nasazení Odoo dělali manuálně a evidovali po excelech máme nyní k dispozici „na jeden klik“.
