Defense Welfare Technical Vocational Training
The Defense Welfare Society, founded in 2006, empowers underprivileged communities through financial aid and vocational training. In 2008, it launched the Technical Vocational Training Center to equip students with practical, employable skills. Over 2,500 graduates have benefited, many launching their own small businesses.
To scale its impact, the center adopted a modern digital platform with an Odoo-powered website and Learning Management System. This transformation has made skill development more accessible and efficient for aspiring professionals.
