I have an OpenERP 7 on a Debian server. When I visit this OpenERP installation, I can't see the icon. There isn't icons in my interface. This is a screenshot
The red square are the symbol that appare instead of normal icons.
Another particular thingh is that this problem happen only to one user. Not to other user.
I've solved the problem with a new profile creation. Maybe some plugin hidden the icons. I don't kwon what and why. If you have the some problem create a new user profile and it's solved.

any firewall issues?
No firewall. This problem happens only to me. I update my post.
I suppose you have tried a different browser, yes?
Yes. But the main browser is Firefox on a Windows 7 installation.
UPDATE: With IE the user can see the icon but with Frefox no!
