BHC had the chance to work for Glaces Franklin, a well-known ice cream manufacturer in Belgium. They wanted a complete ERP solution, from Sales to Manufacturing, including Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting.

Glaces Franklin produces artisanal ice creams by carefully selecting fresh ingredients and using traditional methods. In 2017, it was officially recognized as an artisan by Belgian authorities.

Franklin has always championed the best local ingredients: fresh milk from Hautes Fagnes cows – collected directly from the farm and pasteurized by Glaces Franklin – extra special Belgian chocolate, and their very own Kriek beer and Speculoos biscuits. Franklin is an entire chain of small artisans and local producers working together to deliver the best ice cream.
