Global security giant G4S has transformed its talent acquisition pipeline by deploying an AI-driven recruitment assistant built inside Odoo and delivered through the Dedicata methodology. Leveraging large-language-model capabilities, the assistant automatically parses incoming CVs, ranks candidates against job-specific competency matrices, and generates interview scripts tailored to each profile. Recruiters now spend their time validating high-quality shortlists instead of manually sifting through hundreds of applications.
Implementation took just eight weeks: Dedicata’s evidence-based workflow mapped G4S’s hiring KPIs, embedded ethical AI policies, saving the HR team more than 900.000 hours annually while accelerating time-to-security-clearance for field officers.
