Serge Libert is eGOV Project Manager at Federal Public Service BOSA (policy and support), DG “Simplification and Digitalization“ (SD, formerly FedICT) since 2003. In the past he worked for various companies of the ICT, the telecom and the banking sector. Since 2013, BOSA SD is working together with other public and private entities to the generalisation of e-Invoicing in Belgium. Serge is managing this project on behalf of BOSA SD.
In this short presentation Serge will share with us the main lessons of his 10-years journey preparing the uptake of electronic invoicing. What makes this innovation so interesting and relevant? Why is the regulative way necessary? What do you need to know about Peppol? And what are the perspectives ?
