How to stop every automatic sale order by the public user?

Question

Hello all,
I manage many (4) Odoo 8 installations. I always have the same problem.
Many sale orders are automatically created (probably on the website) for the Public user. Even if the "add to cart" button is hidden in the shop.
How to be sure that none sale order are created automatically by the website shop?

I can't manage to do it. I have hundreds of useless sale order on all my Odoo installations... Grrr... Could you help more?

I have the same issue and this question was asked a couple of weeks ago somewhere (do not remember where). The answer was to adapt the access rights of the public user accordingly.
