Cloned app on the official app store

I was shocked to find this morning that it appears someone has “cloned” my identity and app in the Odoo App store.
One of the primary apps sold by Open User Systems is “PitchPrint Web to Print”
Official link is here: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/ous_pitchprint_web2print/

Now if you search for “Open User Systems” in the app store there appears an illegitimate version of the same app which I did NOT publish.

This is very concerning and damaging to my company image. It is appearing to look like an exact replica of my company account but was not published from my repository.

Has anyone else had this experience when selling apps in the store?
So far i've reported it to apps@odoo.com and to my partner account manager.

Hello, you can mail to odoo apps store (apps@odoo.com) to ask they check, after checking they will help you remove the clone apps . I will have to wait 2-3 days till they response, good luck sir

Thanks, i've done that already as mentioned above.

Almost like this, but my app copy some code from odoo CE v16. It is a featured which have been removed on v17, and another guy have the same app but it 's really hard for me to report him. But i'm pretty sure at least he copy my app description because the format for author email and the heading of description is nearly the same.
I ask Odoo about this and after a few hours thinking , i decided to be a competitor :))
