When I log in with the Administrator I see alot of task in heldesk. When I now make a new User with all the same rights as the administrator, he doesn't see any task in helpdesk. Why is that so?
How Can I make a User, that he see all task in helpdesk???
I'm using odoo8
Why a copy of the administrator can see the helpdesk task, and if I make a new user with the same rights, the user see nothing in helpdesk. Can someone explain me HOW a normal user can see the helpdesk tasks?
