The Swiss company Kindschi introduced Odoo in two steps.

Step 1 comprised the introduction of the accounting, timesheet and Swiss salary. The second step added the value-creating processes from Purchase via Manufacturing to Inventory and finally Sales paired with PoS. Within this second step, it was mandatory to deliver a solution for the so called alcohol declaration (alcodec) towards the Swiss authorities. Together with the customer, we created a configurable approach to define the needed reports in order to declare the alcoholic products involved in the manufacturing as well as trading.

This talk showcases how Odoo made it easy for Kindschi to cover all relevant processes within one software solution. And the journey is not over yet: as a next step, website and ecommerce should turn to and run with Odoo to finally achieve an overall all-in-one solution.
