Antoine holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and joined Odoo four years ago. After a year, he joined the Inventory Expertise Team to deepen his knowledge. Noticing key supply chain issues before implementation, he helped create a service for supply chain audits to facilitate deployments. Today, he audits warehouses, implements Odoo on complex logistics flows, suggests improvements to the inventory module, and shares his expertise.

Odoo Inventory experts have identified two recurring situations where the app’s full potential is not being realized:

​1. New customers implementing Odoo with overly complex or inefficient physical processes—often due to limited in-house supply chain expertise.

​2. Long-time users working with outdated configurations, underused features, and unaware of improvements brought by newer versions.

Odoo has developed a Supply Chain Audit service to address these challenges, by applying best practices, fixing bottlenecks, and integrating latest features.
