Paradise Foods delivers groceries to yachts (B2C & B2B) across the Caribbean. With over 3,000 SKUs, high substitution rates, and multiple legal entities, their operations were drowning in manual work. Within weeks, we identified €100 in labor savings per order, and designed a scalable Odoo 18 system to unlock it.
