Florian Hohnloser is an experienced sales executive with over 14 years in the energy sector. As Managing Director of Erdgas Südwest Service GmbH and Head of B2C Sales at Erdgas Südwest GmbH, he specialises in digital transformation, building high-performing sales teams, and developing new energy solution businesses. He has a proven track record in scaling sales organisations, implementing innovative CRM and IT architectures, and leading craftsman start-ups from scratch.
Erdgas Südwest is a regional energy service provider in Southern Germany and part of Germany’s third-largest utility EnbW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. Since 2018, it has expanded its portfolio from fuel cell heating systems to a wide range of heating and energy solutions for B2C Customers.
Since 2020, sales processes have been managed in Odoo CRM. In 2024, Erdgas Südwest Service GmbH was founded as an in-house SHK and electrical craftsman business, consolidating all energy solutions and employing own craftsmen.
Due to Odoo’s proven success as a CRM, it now maps all processes, including installation workflows, craftsman coordination, accounting, billing, project management, and warehousing.
