Hugo Baivier joined Odoo in March 2021 as a Business Analyst and Consultant. Specialized in Studio,Spreadsheet and technical aspects, he is partly responsible for the services provided around Spreadsheet and Business Intelligence. Hugo was deeply involved in the creation of the official training and documentation in this area and is recognized as one of Odoo’s experts on the subject. He has been speaking at Odoo Experience for three years, focusing on how spreadsheets can be used as tools to create powerful reporting.
Following up on project costs and budgets isn’t always easy. In this talk, we’ll look at how Odoo can help you keep everything under control using analytical accounting together with Spreadsheet. You’ll see how data from different parts of Odoo updates your spreadsheets automatically, so you always have the latest numbers at hand and can use them to take informed decisions.
We’ll go through a concrete example of tracking a project budget. This session is for you if you need to set up specific budgets and want to see a concrete example, or if you’re curious about how Odoo Spreadsheet can be used for more advanced cases. The methods shown here can be reused in many other situations where you need clear reporting and reliable follow-up.
