Matthias started his career in hotel management and later decided to embark on a new career in the charitable sector, which led him to work for a large foundation as IT Manager. During this time he also completed a Master's degree in Sociology. 

When becoming  a  father  of  twins, him and  his  wife  relocated from London to the beautiful Belgian countryside. Matthias has been working with Odoo for almost 2 years - he started out as a Business Consultant, then joined the Upgrades Team in May 2020, and at the start of this year, he assumed the team lead for Upgrade Services.
