After a Master’s Degree in Multilingual Communication, Caterina began her career in HR, managing recruitment, payroll, and even leading an ERP rollout for a Belgian company. She later transitioned into sales and partner management, working in the tech and SaaS industry with international clients.

Since joining Odoo in 2024 as a Partner Manager, she has been supporting EMEA partners in growing their business and delivering successful ERP projects. Drawing on her HR expertise, she understands both the human and technical sides of digital transformation.

Passionate about languages, people, and innovation, Caterina thrives on building strong relationships and helping organizations make the most of Odoo’s potential.

Marie studied Business Engineering in Louvain-la-Neuve, the birthplace of Odoo. In 2019, she started as a consultant at Odoo, then moved to Valencia in 2022 to launch our Spanish office where she built and led a team from 0 to 25 people in just 2 years. Recently back in Belgium, she now manages the Partner Services team — and will share her experience in “Hiring for growth: How Odoo hires talents and how you can too.”
