After joining Odoo in 2011, Antoine spent most of his career as a consultant, working over the last 4 years as the manager of the Partner Services team in Belgium. The goal of that team is to help partners functionally and technically, through training sessions, expert support, Q&A and dedicated missions.
In some of these missions, weird and bad things happen, and he will be there during this session to tell you more about how you can prevent many issues from happening
We can claim we're successful because, frankly, we are. But that doesn't mean there aren't some failures on projects sometimes. And very rarely, failures come in batches within the same project. I'm here to tell you about a project I started working on lately. When I discover the mess it was, I realized we needed to talk about it so it won't happen again (let's dream about it).
This talk is like when, in movies, you see "inspired by a true story", exception made that this time, it's not even "inspiration", it is the complete story.
