Hi All,

I have created a custom web form to capture the delivery dispatch data.
Also, created two signatures for the dispatch in charge and the accountant.

I don't understand for account it's coming perfect.





but when I'm tried dispatch I'm getting below and it's not even submitting.



I can't understand what's wrong!
all are same except id and name in the div.

What I'm doing wrong here?

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue?
